01 — THE CYCLE WE’RE DESIGNING

One robot.
A whole cleaning cycle.

Charged, filled, and ready to go. Follow the robot through a cleaning round, from its first stop back to the dock.

ONE RESTROOM. ONE ROUTINE.
Ready to leave the dock
LeevAI’s intended cleaning route Already charged and filled, a mobile cleaning robot leaves its dock, cleans three toilets and three urinals, and returns to recharge and refill. This is an illustration of the product vision, currently in development.

One toilet. Then the next.

The mobile base moves between toilets. At each stop, the integrated cleaning mechanism reaches in to carry out the cleaning task.

FIRST PRODUCT · IN DEVELOPMENT

A complete cleaning robot.
Built for the routine.

A wheeled base, onboard housing, and an integrated cleaning arm, working as one machine. We’re developing it for toilet cleaning in commercial facilities, hospitals, hotels, offices, and public facilities.

CAPABILITIES WE’RE DEVELOPING

AI stain detection.

Identifies stains to guide the cleaning task.

Decides how to clean.

Makes independent decisions about how to clean based on what it detects.

AI navigation.

Navigates to a chosen destination, manoeuvring through busy spaces and around obstacles.

Self-charging.

Returns to its dock to recharge between cleaning rounds.

Self-refilling.

Replenishes water and detergent at the dock, ready for the next cycle.

Supplies on board.

Carries its water and cleaning agent with it, keeping both close to the task.

THE PART THAT KEEPS COMING BACK

Clean. Reset.
Do it all again.

Repetition takes time and physical effort. That’s where we want robotics to help: taking on a defined cleaning task, so people have a lighter workload.

03 — HOW WE DEPLOY

Built around your facility.
From first trial to deployment.

Our approach is to work with you on site, learn through trial runs, and customise each robot for the environment where it will work.

  1. Partner with your team.

We start with your cleaning team and facility managers to understand the layout, daily routines, and cleaning needs.

  2. Run trials in your space.

We carry out trial runs in the actual environment, observe how the robot performs, and gather feedback from the people using it.

  3. Customise the robot.

We adapt each robot’s setup, navigation routes, and cleaning routines to the space, then test the changes with your team.

  4. Deploy together.

We agree on readiness with your team and bring the robot into the facility’s daily cleaning routine.

A few useful answers.

What does LeevAI build?

We’re developing a complete mobile toilet-cleaning robot for commercial facilities, hospitals, hotels, offices, and public facilities. It brings a wheeled base, onboard supplies, and an integrated cleaning arm together in one machine.

What is the robot designed to do?

We’re developing AI stain detection, independent decisions about how to clean, and AI navigation to a chosen destination. The robot is designed to move around people and obstacles, then return to its dock to recharge and refill water and detergent.

What does it carry on board?

The design includes an approximately 40-litre water tank, cleaning agent, and a built-in battery intended to power up to 3 hours of moderate operation. These are specifications for the product in development.

What stage is the product at?

The robot is in development. The visuals and cleaning cycle above illustrate the product concept. To discuss your facility’s needs, contact connect@leevai.in.
